Suhaylah Khan is a Graduate Lawyer at Haniff Tuitoga Lawyers. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the South Pacific and holds a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice (PDLP).
Prior to joining Haniff Tuitoga, Suhaylah gained practical legal experience through internships with leading Fiji law firms, where she assisted in matters involving commercial transactions, civil litigation, criminal law, property law, and appellate proceedings. She has experience in conducting complex legal research, preparing detailed legal opinions, drafting pleadings, commercial agreements, contracts, and legal submissions.
Her legal practice includes criminal law, contract law, tort law, property law, commercial law, and civil litigation. She is committed to providing practical, commercially focused, and client‑centred legal solutions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical practice.
