Feizal is one of the founding partners of Haniff Tuitoga, established in 2012. He has previously worked in one of Fiji's largest law firms and has extensive general commercial and litigation experience.

Feizal has advised and litigated widely in the areas of insurance, media, employment and general commercial matters for over fourteen years.

He is also the Chairman of Oceania Football Confederation Appeals Committee, Chairman of FASANOC Appeals Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Fiji Football Association Appeals Committee.
