Esha Sharma obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Professional Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of the South Pacific and is admitted to the Bar of the High Court of Fiji.

Esha has gained practical experience in both government departments and private legal institutions, where she developed strong skills in litigation, legal research, drafting, and advisory work. Her exposure to diverse legal matters has cultivated a solid understanding of civil, employment, and commercial law. She approaches her work with professionalism, analytical precision, and a commitment to achieving effective outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Esha enjoys boxing and playing tennis, pursuits that showcase her discipline, strategic thinking, and commitment to striking a balance between personal well-being and professional excellence.
